Desde que tenía doce o trece años quería estudiar algo relacionado con la moda. Cuando llegó el momento definitivo para escoger una carrera, después de una no muy corta historia, entré a Mercadotecnia y Medios Digitales en la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, en México.
Conforme pasó el tiempo en la carrera me di cuenta que en realidad Diseño de Modas nunca me hubiera llenado, porque yo quería trabajar en la parte de marketing de revistas, marcas y negocios del universo moda. El camino que había escogido poco a poco iba tomando forma. Me involucré en el medio como pude y con quien me dejó entrar.
Al día de hoy he trabajado con un diseñador de joyería artesanal, un personajazo, para ayudarlo a darle vida a su marca en redes sociales; con un productor de moda apoyándolo un poco en diseño de material de comunicación personal, y colaborando en una revista digital de moda. Así he podido asistir a MBFW en CDMX y a congresos y desfiles de imagen y moda.
En los últimos tres años, además, he entrado en contacto con Atellier Elle, asistiendo a sus clases muestra en la capital cada que puedo trasladarme desde Puebla, donde he ido también a algunos workshops alusivos a negocios de moda perméandose de procedimientos para construcción y cuidado de comunidades digitales. Por el momento, más pronto que tarde, quizás terminando la licenciatura, planeo hacer una maestría en relación a Marketing de Lujo.
¿Para qué o qué?
Este blog nace como una necesidad de mantenerme documentada y de documentar a aquellos que quieran contenido más digerible sobre el tema, incluyendo a mis amigas o conocidos del medio que estudiaron o estudian una carrera alusiva a Diseño de Modas, a los que les escribo con un cariño un poco más especial.

Since I was like twelve or thirteen I wanted to study something related to fashion. When the final moment to choose a career came, after a not very short history, I joined Marketing and Digital Media at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla, in Mexico.
As time passed in my career I realized that Fashion Design would never have filled me, because I wanted to work in the marketing part of magazines, brands and businesses in the fashion universe. The path I had chosen petite á petit was taking shape. I got involved in the way as I could and with whoever let me in.
Nowadays, I have worked with an artisan jewelry designer, a great person, to help him bring his brand to life on social networks; with a fashion producer supporting him a bit in the design of personal communication material, and collaborating in a digital fashion magazine. That way I have had the oportunity to attend MBFW on CDMX and congresses and fashion and image runaways.
In the last three years, I have also contacted Atellier Elle, attending their sample classes in the capital every time I can move from Puebla, where I have also gone to some workshops alluding to fashion businesses allowing procedures for construction and care of digital communities. At the moment, sooner than later, perhaps finishing my degree, I plan to do a master’s degree regarding to Luxury Marketing.
Why?
This blog was born as a need to keep myself documented and to document those who want more digestible content on the subject, including my friends or acquaintances of the medium who have studied or are studying a career alluding to Fashion Design, to whom I write with a affection a little more special.
